Dear potential customer:
PLEASE take the time to read this section. It will only take a minute, and hopefully explain to your satisfaction our sales policy on Internet sales, and avoid any confusion.
Due to overwhelming consumer demand, we are offering many of our products via Internet. It seems there are a significant number of you out there that do NOT have a local dealer nearby to purchase from. We've also heard our share of horror stories about dealers within a customer's area who either fail to stock the units, or offer parts or service after the sale. It's a small minority, but they do exist.
Our vendors are very strict: Generally they FORBID internet sales, and for many good reasons. Like any reputable manufacturer, the last thing they want is for a dealer hundreds of miles away stealing a sale from another legitimate dealer's territory. We feel the same way.
IF there is no dealer in your area, we will gladly sell direct to you. Simply call or email us with your zip code, so we can determine if your are eligable for us to ship direct to you.
- To place an order:
- Call and provide us with your name, shipping address, home and
daytime telephone number. If you have a fax number available and are comfortable providing
us with it, it would be a further guarantee of accuracy. Helpful HINT: shipping companies HATE shipping to individual residences, and charge
accordingly. You can greatly reduce your shipping costs by having your unit delivered to
your business address, or a business you work at that will allow you to receive deliveries.
We have a special direct link with our shippers that usually allows us to instantly quote
you shipping costs.

- Method of payment:
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, certified checks, money orders, and most
travelers checks. Personal checks are welcome, but please allow 7-10 days for
shipping when paying via this method.

- Shipping time:
- Usually the next business day.

- Product damage:
- If the product is damaged in shipping, please remember that you
have to make a claim with the freight carrier. If you refuse the product, we are not
responsible for the return freight costs. Of course, we will do everything in our power to
help you realize a speedy resolution to your damage claim. Remember, we only ship via
carriers we have used over many years, who have proved not just their reliability, but
their speedy resolution of damage claims.
We will never provide any information about you to any mailing list or credit
company. We value our OWN personal privacy, and extend the same courtesy to our customers.
