Q: Why doesn't Mini Trail
Bikes have an online order form to place orders?
A: We at Mini Trail
Bikes feel that it is important to physically talk with our customers before you make a
decision to buy one of our machines. By actually talking with the customer over the phone,
we can determine whether you will be satisfied with the unit that you have chosen. Many people
get the idea that by going with the biggest machine you'll have the most fun. This is not always
true, by asking you specific questions on what you plan to do with the machine, we can give you
a much better idea of the type of machine that would best suit you and possibly save you some
money in the process.
Q: Why do you only sell Karts, Dune-Buggies, and Mopeds via Internet?
A: These are the only units that we are able to set-up, service, and then recrate them to insure not only they perform properly, but will stand up under the abuse of shipping.
Q: How does Mini Trail Bikes
Inc insure their machines work properly "out
of the crate?"
A: We take each unit OUT of the crate, carefully assemble and TEST RUN the vehicle. We then drain the oil
and fuel out of the engine, and place the unit in a custom crate.
Q: How do I maintain
the machine so it CONTINUES to run?
A: Along with the factory manual
and video, we provide you with our own set of maintenance instructions, based on
"Real World" driving conditions. It is an easy, common sense instruction manual
that makes it simple to maintain your machine. Written by our
experienced staff with a combined experience of over 90 years.
Even our sales staff spends at least one day a week "getting their hands dirty."
This insures that any member of our staff can quickly and accurately address most problems
or questions you may encounter. AND, NO, WE DO NOT HAVE AN
ANNOYING, EVASIVE MENU SYSTEM. WHEN YOU CALL, YOU WILL GET A REAL, LIVE HUMAN BEING.
Q: What if I need parts?
A: Along with your owners
manual, we place a copy of the factory parts manual. Simply call us with your make and model unit, and it will be shipped via UPS with in one business day. Because few dealers stock any parts for what they
sell, we sincerely believe we can better serve you via long distance than the average dealer in your own backyard!
Q: What if I have an engine problem?
A: NO PROBLEM! Unlike the vast majority of dealers who retail go-karts as a sideline, we
are a FACTORY AUTHORIZED DEALER FOR THE ENGINE MANUFACTURER. If you experience an engine problem, or even require routine engine
service, simply remove the engine (a ten-minute job on our units); drain the fuel and oil,
and ship to us via UPS or the Postal Service. The cost is minimal, usually about 15.00. We
will then service your engine in an average of 1-3 days, and promptly ship it back to you. In most cases we can repair your
engine far more quickly than the average dealer in your own area. The reason is simple: we
concentrate on servicing ONLY go-karts and ATVs. Its
what we do for a living.
Q: How long has Mini Trail Bikes
Inc been in the power-sports business?
A: 38 years at the same location. Not 6 months. Not a year or two. We'll be here when you need us!
Q: Why should I buy from Mini Trail Bikes Inc? I saw the exact same
unit on the Internet for less money.
A: First, there's a 90% chance you DIDN'T see the exact same unit. You most likely saw one of the countless third-world knockoffs!! Superficially they look the same, but that's about it. Want to see what you get from others? Click HERE.

confused about which unit to buy. Which unit is suitable for my child or me?
A: Simply
call us and ask! We will always provide you with honest answers. We take time to ask you the
right questions. Is the unit for an adult or child? What type of terrain/trail conditions
will be encountered? What is the experience level of the operator? How old is the child?
Is your child cautious by nature, or one of those "Kamikaze
kids?" Is he/she small in stature or the one that is
always in the back of class pictures because they are so darn tall for their age? We will
not sell you the most expensive machine. Rather we will sell you the APPROPIATE model for
your needs. Too little kart, your child may destroy it in record time, or become quickly
bored with its performance. Too much machine, your child can get hurt. Such invaluable
advice is the first step towards your satisfaction. No pushy
salesman will badger you for a sale, nor do we electronically store your phone number. We
will always respect your privacy.
Q: Why dont you have a toll free phone number?
A: For two honest reasons. A toll free
number is a considerable expense, and the omission aids greatly in holding down costs.
Furthermore, toll-free numbers unfortunately encourage many unqualified calls. We would
have to add considerable staff, time and expense, which inflates costs. The average
Internet customer can expect to spend about twenty minutes with us via telephone, which
costs the average consumer less then three dollars. We do not track your call, your
privacy is guaranteed. There is no obligation to buy, nor will anyone pressure you to buy.
