Q: How do I order online?
- A: Please click here to learn about ordering our products.
Q:
Do you finance?
- A: Yes, financing is both easily available and hassle-free. Simply stop in and fill out an application, approval typically takes about 20 minutes. OR simply APPLY ONLINE. Click here for online financing!
Q:
Do you do layaways?
- A: Yes, the length of the layaway, however, will depend
upon the item that you are looking to purchase. As a general rule, layaways
are usually up to 30 days.
Q:
Will you ship a unit anywhere?
- A: We are currently shipping anywhere within the USA.
For shipping outside of the USA, you will have to contact us by phone, to
see if we are permitted by law to ship.
Q:
How much is shipping & handling?
- A: Shipping and handling depend upon the unit's weight
and of course the location that it is to be shipped to. Please send
us an email with the unit that you are interested in and your ZIP CODE, and
within 24 hours we will give you an estimate of the freight costs.
Q:
How long will it take to ship and receive a machine?
- A: This depends upon the availability of the unit,
and the location that it will be shipped to. However, we usually have
all the models in stock, expect a turn-around time from the moment you order
of 24-48 hours.
Q:
What if any assembly is required?
- A: There is minimal assembly required for all machines
that we shipped. Before shipping the machine we completely assemble,
service, and test-drive the machine. We then re-box it, after draining
out the oil and the fuel. In most cases, you need only add fuel and
oil to the machine, for gokarts you will have to assembly the roll cage and
install the steering wheel, the entire process will take you less then 15
minutes.
Q:
Do you have brochures of products and parts that you sell?
- A: Our website is our brochure. Feel free to
copy an section that you wish for a hardcopy.
Q:
Do you sell used machines?
- A: Very, very rarely do we receive used machines.
They are extremely difficult to find and we will not deal with machines that
are in poor condition, or are "orphan" brands long since out of
business that most parts and service are not available for. We will
only take in trade a quality brand name product that we have parts and service
backup for.
Q: Do you service and provide parts for brands other than what you sell?
- A: We DO stock all parts and service everything we sell ONLY. Occasionally on other brand go-karts we may have some generic parts such as tires, bearings, clutches, etc. IF you bring in the old part, we may be able to help you.
On discount store brands such as Yerf-Dog, Manco, none of our parts are interchangeable, except perhaps tires.
We also receive several inquiries a DAY for parts and service for the recent flood of inexpensive (usually Chinese) dirtbikes, quads, pocket bikes, choppers, the list is endless, just about all sold via internet or auto parts stores. Unfortunately, we can not help you, as most of these imports don't HAVE any parts. They sell them in a crate, and that's IT.
And, to our knowlege, neither can anyone else. A Ford part won't work on a Chevy, and these machines are no different. Our parts can not be adapted to work on any of these machines. The places that retail them almost always sell them knowing full well there is no after-sale support. Our only suggestion would be to simply take the unit back to where you purchased it and DEMAND parts and service, or a refund. In a few cases, the company who imported it has a telephone number you can call. But, sadly, as many have already discovered, that doesn't (usually) work either, as whoever imported it is long-gone. It's wrong to sell machines with no support, it should be illegal, but, unfortunately, it's not.
Q:
Do all motorized machines require a license?
- A: It depends on the unit. All our quads and dune buggies do come with legitmate titles (most others do NOT), so you can license them for off road use if you wish. Standard go-karts and dirtbikes can only be used for strictly off road use. All our mopeds are legal units, complete with title, and are strictly for street use. You must be 15 or older to legally operate a moped on the street in New Jersey. Those little "pocket bikes", "choppers", and other (usually Chinese) motorized machines, for reasons too numerous to cover here, are considered "toys" and are ILLEGAL for any street use.
